Dainty double sided inscription necklace in vintage bronze, on a pretty bronze filigree bail. One side of the oval pendant is inscribed with the words ‘Laugh Often’, the other side inscribed with the words ‘Love Much’. On a pretty double bronze Figaro chain with a lobster clasp.
Meaning: The words inscribed on the necklace are from a poem, entitled ‘Success’, written in 1904, by author Elizabeth-Anne Anderson Stanley. “He has achieved success who has lived well, laughed often, and loved much”. A printed quote card of the poem is included with this item.
